Hi heres our new loft, came last week, we've since stained it. Now we've just gotta put some decking round it. We got it from blakes and are happy with it so far ....

What size is it? Instead of decking have you thought of using metal grills? Thats what i have used as its easily kept clean and not slippy. Ill pop out and take a quick photo in a sec  :)

Hi not thought of grills josh,i was going to put decking at the front then a small aviary at the side you can see and possibly make another small section at the far side out of a couple of old sheds we got lying around.

i dont know if it would work with your loft. Mine is raised more off the ground so had to build a platform.

This is the stuff

id try to replace the sputnic trap for a stall trap you will lose lots of time by the time the bird has traped then you will have to wait for him to go into the loft before you can go into the loft and catch him and time him in
