gulkie Posted January 15, 2010 Report Posted January 15, 2010 if u put a turntable at the back u can make it to operate from outside the box,it helps to position the bird in what ever side ud like to take the photo. seen it done in the pros boxes[just a thought]. :) :) nice job never the less.
greenlands Posted January 15, 2010 Report Posted January 15, 2010 Hi Paul, are you going to give Adobe a go,if you need any help, even though I'm still learning give me a shout then I can phone you and talk you through it.That's better than going off instructions. Lindsay

greenlands Posted January 15, 2010 Report Posted January 15, 2010 thats a brilliant pic lindsay. How u cut out the bird and feet? :-/ Hi Josh ,I'm just learning,I don't put much time in with it's just when such as Paul put a pic. on the site then Ill have 5 minutes play.I use Adobe Photoshop, must admit I stuggled at first but I think I've beat it. Lindsay.
Guest grizzler Posted January 15, 2010 Report Posted January 15, 2010 learned how to cut bird from pic,but how do you put a new background on?? in simple terms so a thicko like me can understand ;D
pjc Posted January 15, 2010 Report Posted January 15, 2010 Paul , nice box, use frosted Perspex in the top and light through there, the Perspex will difuse the light and reduce shadows. I'd also put a false front on it with just a small hole to photograph through as birds will try and get out past you else.

Roland Posted January 15, 2010 Report Posted January 15, 2010 I'm impressed Paul. Just had to have a new front door. - Was going to put the old one on my loft front, complete with the letter box for pigeon posts like a former loft of mine lol. But the bloke ruined it getting it out, still there you go.. But any Double Glazing out fit will have off cuts and what not of 'Panel'. ( You will see them slung in to the skips). It is brill white of course. Yes glass at top for the light :-/ But I think your very much on the right track there.
fred smyth Posted January 15, 2010 Report Posted January 15, 2010 you could drill a hole in each side , so you can put a dowel in to move bird ,
