greenlands Posted June 8, 2010 Report Posted June 8, 2010 http://www.pigeons.biz/forums/f5/beautiful-mosaic-pigeon-18108.htmlThis isn't what I thought a mosaic pigeon looked like, but I'm often wrong and don't mind admitting it.I always thought it was a blue with red markings or a red with blue markings.Lindsay
Roland Posted June 8, 2010 Report Posted June 8, 2010 Yep Lyndsey, me too. Mable like looking with intertwining red / blue or such.
Pompey Mick Posted June 8, 2010 Report Posted June 8, 2010 I had a pigeon once which was half mealy and half blue bar, the colour was evenly split down the middle of his back with one wing blue and the other mealy, I called him the Mealy Bar. I was told he was a mosaic.

My father was in his loft one day and admired the Blue standing on a perch, the conversation distracted his attention from it, when he looked again it was a Mealy on the perch, he was bamboozled cos he knew nothing had moved, Endflight's Da put him in the picture when he asked about the Blue he had seen.
