Webmaster Posted January 18, 2006 Report Posted January 18, 2006 Two common problems: Please make sure you have 'Java Runtime Environment' (also called; Java, etc) installed on your computer. The login page does a quick check for this but may not work on all systems (e.g. Mac, + some browsers).Upon submission of your username the chat room will begin to load (this may take a few minutes the first time), at some point whilst loading a window will open with message asking if you want to 'Run the application' to this you must click 'Run' (may be 'OK', 'Accept', etc in other browsers).
