i was talking to a friend of myne in wales and someone in his club sent 200 young birds to the first club race! my mate beat him only sending 17

one year i was wiped out at berwick put all my pigeons in one basket, the only pigeon that returned was the lone ranger, i sent him my only bird to a ripon race he ended up being 2nd club and 5th amalgamation, and i cant remember where he was in the fed. Alot of people said that was the result of the day. I was just happy to know i could still be knocking about with 1 bird in my squad

i lost 19 all in the one race it was a fact of greed tho two years back it was wasnt ever out of the top 4 in the club and was top ten in the fed nearly every week lol so as u guess fancied chances at combine lol did i get a kick up the balls lol would never do it again never ever put all birds in one basket again.
