We are soon holding the 2007 Auction.

 

If you wish to make a donation to go into the auction; if you would email [mail]fund@pigeonbasics.com[/mail] with details such as; quantity, description, your contact details, etc.

 

Usually donations take the form of 'a pair if young birds', however if you wish to donate a (pair) stock bird(s), or other pigeon memorobilia please do not hesitate. Last year one lot was; an entry to a one loft race in the USA, bird bred by a member in the states, and the offer of free accomodation to view the big money race - let your imagination run wild

 

Acceptance of donations closes 10pm Sun 18th Feb - when the items will be sorted for bidding to commence 9am Monday 19th.

           we will donate a pair of youngsters, Van Reets, Marcelis or Lemputteens, buyers to choose, we were highest prizewinners in club, 8 x 1st, 7 x 2nd, 5 x 3rd also 1 x 1st Fed, 2 x 2nd Fed, 1 x 3rd Fed also winners of bird of the year for the third year on the trot with 3 different birds.

I'm not sure if i can get these birds to the main land but hopefully they may interest the Irish fanciers of the website. I offer a pair of y.b.s buyers choice. The best of the original T. Harper (Ballymena) strain. these birds are still winning today (500-700)miles, Aarden x Delbar, the best of Ian Axe crossed with Louella, or the best of the old Kirkpatrick strain bred by A. Rae, Bonnyrigg. N. Renton won 1st open S.N.F.C Tours 2004 ? His winner was half A. Rae kirkpatrick. These are top class birds going back to the old original family.

from G MacAloney & Son (William)  Coatbridge, Lanarkshire

2006 I asked for a pair out of the Amal cock (still racing) and was given his second nest (floated) and here is why
