ANYBODY BEEN GETTING PIGEONS THAT WERE MISSING FROM LAST WEEKS MAIDSTONE RACES WITH LANARKSHIRE OR SNFC ? REASON BEING SINCE LAST NIGHT AND TODAY IN PARTICULAR QUITE A FEW HAVE BEEN TURNING UP HERE IN LANARKSHIRE, I GOT ONE LAST NIGHT AND ONE TODAY, AND ALF KNOWS A FEW FOLK WHO WERE ALSO GETING THEM THIS MORNING, I HAVE BEEN TOLD ABOUT OTHER FOLK GETTING THEM THIS MORNING , ALL ROUND ABOUT SAME TIME OF BETWEEN 7 AND 8 THIS MORNING

SOMEBODY MUST HAVE LIBERATED A FEW THIS MORNING TOO MANY TURNED UP AT ROUGHLY THE SAME TIME TODAY FOR IT TO BE A COINCIDENCE ;)

I got one at 10am this morning absolutely flown out. I didnt think he would survive the day but hes perking up already. What these bundles of feathers do to get home is unbelieveable. Thats 19/32....

Judging by the descriptions, sounds as if the birds have worked home themselves, possibly lifted by Alencon birds? Friday evening also sounds as if it was first decent weather break for these birds to get themselves home, and there were Alencon birds into most parts of Central belt early doors Saturday morning.

yea we had a bad race from Great Yarmouth 4 birds on the day out of 41 sent in out club (320-334 miles) and it had bout 300 in fed not many back
