I would certainly phone the RPRA and also ask the guy whose stray was sold to you to do likewise complaining.

done it mate cheers ;D ;D ;D ;D, the sad thing is ,i started to hear stories about the guy just after the cheque was cashed,i started to ask around when no birds turned up,and i got no replies to any of the mails i sent,thats when i started to get the good news,the only good thing is,any new starter reading any of this will avoid him,i have posted on all the sites he goes on,so as much as possible people have been warned,thanks for advise guys all will be used[the lot]
