ok well in my oppinion i dont like to train when the sun/moon are in the same sky

ist it true that its bad to train or race when sun and moon buth visable .lookin for any info on this

 

 

Dave Allan, wrote a book (some years ago now) called The Widowhood Year, which for the widowhood flier, was the font of all knowledge. It states therein that to race or train when sun and moon are visible at the same time spells disaster.  I have had no such experiences, and it wouldn't influence my decision to train/race.

OH!!!!!GOD dont say that. no relation but very friendly with him  jimmy is a star wish we could have a dozen like him in all our clubs

I have had one training toss when the sun and moon were out together

 

and I wouldn't do it again !!

 

30 birds - only one back on the day - although the rest came in dribs and drabs the following day - it was only noticed after the birds had been put up - by me at the home end

i would not train when the day is to blue in the distance seams to afect the birds

 

do you mean no cloud cover?
