Novice Posted January 12, 2009 Report Posted January 12, 2009 Someone who threatens litigation has made a clear statment that his own interests come before those of the club. No I think it is not right
hotrod Posted January 12, 2009 Report Posted January 12, 2009 Someone who threatens litigation has made a clear statment that his own interests come before those of the club. No I think it is not right i agree with you robert no place at all for people like that in any post of any club
Delboy Posted January 12, 2009 Report Posted January 12, 2009 do you think is right that top man in nat proposed a man that threatens nat with litigation . then noms him for committee no names please I think it is dispicable. A major question mark appears over the head of this man as he knew about all the trouble and speculation, at that time, that surrounded the man he proposed. A year on and everybody was proven correct as the person threatening litigation has now been kicked out the sport as an undesirable.( reasons we all know about ) I hope everybody goes to this years AGM and gets it sorted this time round.
Guest youngzimmy Posted January 12, 2009 Report Posted January 12, 2009 fresh blood fresh ideas a head for economical spending a responcible attitude towards the members cos withoot them they have got nowt
Guest youngzimmy Posted January 12, 2009 Report Posted January 12, 2009 delboy you should not hope to get it sorted out the words are the magority will have there way if they are men at all and want justice and fairplay they will sort it out and as for the scum who send anninonimous phone calls that is all they are spineless rats
The Grass Cutter Posted January 12, 2009 Report Posted January 12, 2009 Is it also true that the same person proposed someone for the Management Committee who appeared to not even have any pigeons at the time? All his pigeons had been disposed of by a friend. you must ask yourself why is this person now on the committee and for whose benefit?
jock3 Posted January 12, 2009 Author Report Posted January 12, 2009 yes Alan the person or persons who are phoning the man that intends to stand on saturday against him ,should be ashamed of themselves ,rats seem to sum them up dirty rats
frank1 Posted January 12, 2009 Report Posted January 12, 2009 yes Alan the person or persons who are phoning the man that intends to stand on saturday against him ,should be ashamed of themselves ,rats seem to sum them up dirty rats any chance u could tell us about the calls ??????????????????????? aye the top table should be long gone after the agm if any one vote the man back in then there is something wrong and poeple might resign instead of staying on another thread there is a point about the presentation how long has this been going on were it all gets paid for?????????
Guest Gareth Rankin Posted January 13, 2009 Report Posted January 13, 2009 If any member threatens litigation against any club and takes a position of office well that for me could be seen to be a form of blackmail.
The Grass Cutter Posted January 13, 2009 Report Posted January 13, 2009 You have now got to ask after the obvious bad feeling against the president of the SNFC how many people will resign if he is re-elected. I know for a fact members resigned last year over what appeared to be the bad feeling in the club.

Taylorsloft Posted January 13, 2009 Report Posted January 13, 2009 like they say at hogmany out with the old and in with the new
jock3 Posted January 13, 2009 Author Report Posted January 13, 2009 in my opinion the top table now need to look at themselves ,and do the honest thing and resign after what happened this year, and to the men who told them what was going on i salute yous
elanco Posted January 13, 2009 Report Posted January 13, 2009 Unfortunately the people that are needed at the top table are either Dead, to old for all the crap that goes with it or like it or not, are with the SNRPC. Lets hope for a reasonable out-come for the top table with the SNFC for 2009...
jock3 Posted January 13, 2009 Author Report Posted January 13, 2009 i am also willing to put 500 pounds towards a kitty to take this individual to court if the men that caught him are willing, and more if necessary ,
Taylorsloft Posted January 13, 2009 Report Posted January 13, 2009 i am also willing to put 500 pounds towards a kitty to take this individual to court if the men that caught him are willing, and more if necessary , I've seen the evidence and there's no way i would say that those men were making it up he was cheating all right ;)
Guest redwhiteblue Posted January 13, 2009 Report Posted January 13, 2009 This is because of one man and one man only we put him out the pigeons now it's time to put him and his followers in their place, jock3 has stated no names please i think we should name and shame everybody involved in this

The SNFC and for that matter the North West Federation have rules, i.e. "objections in writing within (agreed number of days)", no objections written and submitted in the proper fashion within the agreed time scale means nothing can be done. Did any of you lot on here object in writing in the proper fashion? Thought not!

You're wrong again mate there were 4 letters put in to the above fed, there were 3 put into the shu as per advice of a lawyer but you already know all this as you are never away from the shu office, if you want to see these letters p.m. me with your address and i wll gladly post them to you p.s. i am just waiting for the go ahead from my lawyer to release all the info gathered and then everyone involved will see who there real friends are!!!

Putting letters in is not enough, the letters must constitute a proper objection detailing the reasons for it. Also to complain about the result of a SNFC race you must object in writing to the SNFC first of all. From what I remember the fed received advice from the SHU about how they should proceed and they followed that advice.
