Sorry to hear that mate, sort of thing that a lot can sympathise with, happened twice to us. You never know you might get a few work back we did both times, good luck.

That's the sort of news no one wants to read. Really sorry to hear that, hope you get them back or reported.

sorry to hear that m8, the same thing happened to me, loft door left open and 8 pairs of stock flew out. Only one pigeon remained in the loft. I had one reported a 8 year red cock that had flown back to previous owner in london. I live in Mid Wales, and the weather was very poor, raining and low cloud. This pigeon did exceptionaly well to get back! It is very annoying and felt sick for days thinking about it.

Think weather and time of day may help, they shouldn't go far. If there's a break in the weather tomorrow, try a few birds out, should bring them down if they are still local.

Cloudview you know how i feel about our pigeons , i'd be absolutely gutted if this happened to us.

mmmn , from what ive seen of some ofthe later introductions , it probably do yer a favour , in the long run

Judging from the responses you've got, it is a pretty common thing to happen. I happened to me. It cost me a fortune in lost birds. If it's any consilation, it did'nt do me any real damage in the long run. I bred with what I had and never looked back. Nevertheless, I am really sorry to hear of your bad luck.

Was one of those days blaz as i had a near escape myself today with one of the internal days blowing open because of the blustery wind that was present today. Hopefully you will get some of them in tonight or tomorrow.
