Guest Gareth Rankin Posted July 26, 2009 Report Posted July 26, 2009 Thanks for your compliments, its been great news to hear that we Gareth and George have been fortunate enough to win the Old bird average and also the much sought after Reid Memorial Trophy for the longest four fed races. Thanks again. PS Been a good day as my fancied pigeon from Alencon that was 2nd section 13th open SNFC Tours in 2008 returned this morning with a bash to his keel, but never have i saw pigeon so glad to be home as him.

Would like to know a little more about this myself, perhaps some of the old timers could elaborate a little on the Trophy.
No 1 Posted July 26, 2009 Report Posted July 26, 2009 Perhap's some of the old timer's will remember Jock Frew, he was Jock Reids loft manager, we fly as Barran & Frew, Frew is Robert Frew (Bob) Bob is Jock's son, Jock is now 84 ish, still racing & winning his share, anyone (old timer's) remember him ?
