Hogni Posted January 21, 2009 Report Posted January 21, 2009 Well, our union here in Iceland planned a big order, members got together and looked at catalogues and put in orders for what they needed only to be told by Boddy and Ridewood that they will not be sending the goods, no explination given.

Whenever i phone some thick young girl always said she would sort it but never did. I was waiting for a month for a refund and it took about 6 phone calls. I would reccomend BJF Feeds or Taylors Choice to anyone needing anything which they cant source locally.

pjc Posted January 22, 2009 Report Posted January 22, 2009 there customer feed back is zero, you place an order, half turns up without any explanation and ballance of order always takes weeks to arrive! Better to source localy and save there high carriage charge or wait for Blackpool etc and stock up!

kirky Posted January 22, 2009 Report Posted January 22, 2009 boddy&ridewood have moved away from pigeon products, just stock the basics, anything you order thay then have to order thats why you have to waite so long, but thay wont tell you this as thay want your money up front.

Tumley Lofts Stud Posted January 22, 2009 Report Posted January 22, 2009 I ordered some floor grills before Christmas and was told they would be with me before Christams and I've phoned them 4 times since and promised different dates and still haven't got them!!!!!! I'm not happy at all especially as they've had my money from day one (over £100) and I'm not prepared to put them in the loft now as youngsters are hatching everywhere and can't afford to upset them now!!!! NOT HAPPY AT ALL!
