if it lays an egg then its a hen you can not tell by the photos if its a hen or cock it is not a sex linked colour or pattern so everyone is hazarding a guess put it in with your strongest cock bird and you wiill know quite quickly

split your cocks and hens and put this bird in with the cocks. If it is a hen and this is the only hen bird in with the cocks, they will spin and blow to it. if they don't it's probably a cock. However, just to make sure, after the birds have been split for a couple of weeks, put the pigeon back in with the hens, if it is a cock and it's put in with a load of hens, it should spin and show to them.
