mark croker Posted December 15, 2009 Report Posted December 15, 2009 I would say a cock, if nowt eles will blow up to it, then most likely a cock , imo
Guest bigbok Posted December 15, 2009 Report Posted December 15, 2009 if it lays an egg then its a hen you can not tell by the photos if its a hen or cock it is not a sex linked colour or pattern so everyone is hazarding a guess put it in with your strongest cock bird and you wiill know quite quickly neil
Guest The main Mahon Posted December 15, 2009 Report Posted December 15, 2009 split your cocks and hens and put this bird in with the cocks. If it is a hen and this is the only hen bird in with the cocks, they will spin and blow to it. if they don't it's probably a cock. However, just to make sure, after the birds have been split for a couple of weeks, put the pigeon back in with the hens, if it is a cock and it's put in with a load of hens, it should spin and show to them. Hope this helps.
Guest Owen Posted December 15, 2009 Report Posted December 15, 2009 I reckon it is a middlesex pigeon.
Guest Posted December 15, 2009 Report Posted December 15, 2009 I reckon it is a middlesex pigeon. (evil)(evil)(evil)(evil)thats a good un, andy.
shweet Posted December 15, 2009 Report Posted December 15, 2009 I would say a hen but after having my sexes parted for about 6 weeks Ive extended the hours of light in the lofts and one of my cocks has turned out to be a hen after pairing up with one of my other cocks. Im gutted about it because I am now down to 11 cocks and that particular pigeon looked like a nice cock, lol.
billt Posted December 15, 2009 Report Posted December 15, 2009 Not sure what sex that bird is? should you lads be let loose on the streets ;D ;D
