The best one is a Brother laser printer but they're not cheap at around £150, the cartridges last for ages though, about 30,000 copies.

 

You can get cheaper ones if you shop around.

I enquired at Cartridge World last month on a refill for Brother  HL5240 and was quoted about £40.00 for the 7,000 copies refill.
