SERIOUS QUESTION as we all no that bop are protected by the RSPB now surely if a bop badly injured our pigeons we should be able to make a small claim against them for veterinary treatment if receipts are provided

Lady Nor.... asked in 1955 the Goverment to make it illegal for a two year period. Granted. Never been recinded as I can see. So technically no such law.

Think Bigda should check it out for us.

To be honest Roland until now I really haven't gave it much thought but I explained the situation to my neighbour about the bop and pigeon. And told her they are protected she asked whom by I said the rspb .in her reply why not sent them the veterinary bill

I don't think they are protected by the RSPB, They cannot make laws only the government can do this but they certainly take advice from them.

They are protected under a “Protection of Birds Act “ by the RSPB along with many other birds they are not owned by the RSPB so i doubt very much the RSPB could be held responsible for them attacking our birds unfortunately

The Eagle. Owl does not get the same encouragement for breeding as the peregrine, and golden eagle gets

dafra class the Eagle Owl as a Native bird. Also any bird rung.

RSPB do the dirty tricks. Use the media spouting such rot as they take dogs and attack proms etc.
