Presentation Evening

We have 4 cups to come this year from two wins, surprisingly, one of the races in itself does not get a cup (otherwise it would have been more!)

We won Huntingdon and topped the federation with a velocity of 2011ypm - winning the cup for the highest velocity of the season. We also won the last channel race from Burbure with a yearling and were also 3rd & 4th winning the Cup for the last channel race, the yearling Cup for that race, and the cup for the best average for the two shortest channel races. One member in our club has 14 cups to come this year!

One of our club cups - for Bourges, has not been won since the club topped the combine in 2015, we have not had a member time in in race time since then.

Having something to show for your hard work and dedication is always good to look at. I race in aberdeen and there is nothing to look forward to winning, unless you race the national races. I raced in 2 clubs and 1 doesn't even give prize cards out so not much to bring new people into the sport up here.

Ayrshire North Road Federation present their prizes at a Moot / Quiz Night. We give out prize cards to the top ten in every race and there are eight trophies being presented.

 

Glasgow Federation are presenting their prizes and are giving out prize cards to the top ten in both sections for every race. There are eleven trophies being presented.

Hi Fred bird doing great I fly in Aberdeen & District flying Club.. We have a great club here for many years always trophys and cards every season with a fantastily run club.all the best mate.
