Hi I would like to no what ure thouts about all members breeding a cople of birds without rings and race them up the road before we let out the raceing pigeons and let the birds of pray have the un rung birds and see if it helps with the losses of the birds if ever club did it it shoud reduce the losses

think the RSPCB and the general public would make a big fuss about pigeon fanciers breeding their beloved birds to be killed by hawks, as said in a post above its not the fancier who should be doing anything its the unions,(and just a reminder be careful what you put up on open forums,

If Joe soap dont give a hee haw about the fact that most of the garden birds are disapeering as long as they can watch kestrels take them off their feeding table.. so if they are lucky they can watch it happen ..and if extremely lucky film it and put it on u tube of facebook so they can pretend to b some kind of Attenborough ..If the law as it stands allows the rspb to set them free all over the country without hindrance causing a plague of them like the overzealous bs that took rabbits to australia without concern for the implcations of their stupid behaviour ..THEN WHO EXACTLY DO YOU THINK GIVES A TOSS WHAT WE HAVE TO SAY NOBODY IN POWER GIVES AN F ....and niether does JOE SOAP

Each Federation should lobby the unions to move off their a**s and take it up with the government,its their duty we pay fee's,this sport will be wiped out in no time.

The bottom line is there is not a Union on Earth that has the money or resources that are available to the RSPB to fight this through the court, and even if you did have you would still need to get the Legislation through Parliment to change the Law, by the time this is done we and our sport will be kicking up daisies, shoulda shut up and sorted it years ago instead of going cap in hand to Politicians to sort it out

Politicians well they dont need us few unless in the case of war when they'll empty our lofts and like the last war put a bounty on all birds of prey ...if they cant see what this country owes the humble pigeon maybe they should read their history in the knowledge that in any future war electronics wont be worth a ffff and their best laid schemes are worth the same just look at what they are up to with brexit waiting till the last gasp ..well if the worst comes to mankind in the future they wont have a last gasp to wait for and the future will definately be grim while they twiddle their thumbs ...As for the RSPB well they are quietly killing off all our loved bird life from gold crests up to our pigeons I belive that yhose in charge of the RSPB are not bird lovers but bird exterminators what wrong wi them did a sparrow crap on their windscreen so all birds have to go and they're in a position to see it happens wonder when they'll start importing sky larks blackbirds thrushes and all our other much loved common birdlife it doesn't just affect us and our pigeons but everyone in the country that enjoys birdlife ...We need to get them on our side now not another day should be wasted in getting them on our side ...we are only alone if if thats where we want to stand ...lots of bird watching clubs who are sick of it as well get them on our side now stop messing around moaning about what can we do against the rspb its those people who bird watch that give them their donations open their eyes to exactly whats happening ..

Maybe we should get straight to the point and accuse them straight out of being nothing more than the exterminators of bird life ...maybe car stickers might help showing what they do with peoples donations ...enlighten joe soap as to how many birds are killed off in one day by their persistant love of birds of prey ...

Every time a bird comes home tattered and torn and bleeding take its pic and put it on facebook every time you see the remains of any wild bird put that on facebook as well educate joe soap to the realities of the price we are all paying in all aspects of bird lovers to have an overabundance of birds of prey in this land of ours ....it doesn't belong to the few ie RSPB but to the many the onus is on all of us to stop fn moaning and bang the bloody drum instead ...Lets get to it ....

I think it is the start let the public c what happens to the birds and bring it to there attention it mite not do much but if we also let them c what we also do for all the different charity's then maybe then they will c what good pigeon racing does for all aspects
