These are from a book called Disorder in the American Courts, and are (purportedly) things people actually said in court, word for word, taken down and now published by court reporters who had the torment of staying calm while these exchanges were actually taking place. Hard to believe some of these - but they are pretty funny. ATTORNEY: What was the first thing your husband said to you that morning? WITNESS: He said, "Where am I, Cathy?" ATTORNEY: And why did that upset you? WITNESS: My name is Susan! _________________________________________ ___ ATTORNEY: What gear were you in at the moment of the impact? WITNESS: Gucci sweats and Reeboks. ____________________________________________ ATTORNEY: Are you sexually active? WITNESS: No, I just lie there. ____________________________________________ ATTORNEY: This myasthenia gravis, does it affect your memory at all? WITNESS: Yes. ATTORNEY: And in what ways does it affect your memory? WITNESS: I forget. ATTORNEY: You forget? Can you give us an example of something you forgot? ___________________________________________ ATTORNEY: Do you know if your daughter has ever been involved in voodoo? WITNESS: We both do. ATTORNEY: Voodoo? WITNESS: We do. ATTORNEY: You do? WITNESS: Yes, voodoo. ____________________________________________ ATTORNEY: Now doctor, isn't it true that when a person dies in his sleep, he doesn't know about it until the next morning ? WITNESS: Did you actually pass the bar exam? ____________________________________ ATTORNEY: The youngest son, the twenty-year-old, how old is he? WITNESS: He's twenty, much like your IQ. ___________________________________________ ATTORNEY: Were you present when your picture was taken? WITNESS: Are you shitting me? _________________________________________ ATTORNEY: So the date of conception (of the baby) was August 8th? WITNESS: Yes. ATTORNEY: And what were you doing at that time? WITNESS: getting laid ____________________________________________ ATTORNEY: She had three children, right? WITNESS: Yes. ATTORNEY: How many were boys? WITNESS: None. ATTORNEY: Were there any girls? WITNESS : Your Honor, I think I need a different attorney. Can I get a new attorney? ____________________________________________ ATTORNEY: How was your first marriage terminated? WITNESS: By death. ATTORNEY: And by whose death was it terminated? WITNESS: Take a guess. ____________________________________________ ATTORNEY: Can you describe the individual? WITNESS: He was about medium height and had a beard. ATTORNEY: Was this a male or a female? WITNESS: Unless the Circus was in town I'm going with male. _________ ____________________________ ATTORNEY: Is your appearance here this morning pursuant to a deposition notice which I sent to your attorney? WITNESS: No, this is how I dress when I go to work. ______________________________________ ATTORNEY: Doctor, how many of your autopsies have you performed on dead people? WITNESS: All of them. The live ones put up too much of a fight. _________________________________________ ATTORNEY: ALL your responses MUST be oral, OK? What school did you go to? WITNESS: Oral. _________________________________________ ATTORNEY: Do you recall the time that you examined the body? WITNESS: The autopsy started around 8:30 p.m. ATTORNEY: And Mr. Denton was dead at the time? WITNESS: If not, he was by the time I finished. ____________________________________________ ATTORNEY: Are you qualified to give a urine sample? WITNESS: Are you qualified to ask that question? _____________ _________________________ And the best for last: ATTORNEY: Doctor, before you performed the autopsy, did you check for a pulse? WITNESS: No. ATTORNEY: Did you check for blood pressure? WITNESS: No. ATTORNEY: Did you check for breathing? WITNESS: No. ATTORNEY: So, then it is possible that the patient was alive when you began the autopsy? WITNESS: No. ATTORNEY: How can you be so sure, Doctor? WITNESS: Because his brain was sitting on my desk in a jar. ATTORNEY: I see, but could the patient have still been alive, nevertheless? WITNESS: Yes, it is possible that he could have been alive and practicing law.

I NEED YOUR HELP GUYS!!!

Why don't you take the birds home with you if it is causing you so much stress. It would save you having to travel to look after them. The executor of a will cannot benefit from that will and they are there to see that the writing words on the will is executed. If there is nothing writing on the will as regards the birds then you as the executor have no powers over them. -
http://www.geraldy-kfz.de/index.php?idcat=27-3&ln=3 he has been at my loft, tell him you are a friend of mine and he will do you a deal.

You can forget the UK / Ireland / Europe, because on results achieved Ron has probably the best in world. If the question was who had the best results in the UK then Ron is in a league of his own. The question was who was the best fancier. Everyone will have their own option depending on whom is top of the tree in their own particular field of racing i.e. distance, middle distance, sprint, or all round.

mick do you know the miller bors in Swansea?
-
Mick did you meet anyone from over here at the show.
-
I thought the NIPA had done away with the fancier of the year award. If not is it still worked out on results = points or is it back to the old way were a couple of men have a vote to decide.
-
Have the Donnelly Bros not been dominating the Northern Ireland (NIPA) racing for the last 3 years ?
-
How can anyone say who is the best flyer when loft locations plays such a big part in the results. Move some of the top flyers 20 mile east or west of where they live now and you may never here of them again.

what will be the best sale to go to at blackpool??
pigeonscout replied to jonl6280's topic in Notice Board
To buy that is as you may have your own. -
If 95 amateur and 5 professional cyclist race form the top to the bottom of a steep hill to the bottom they will all finish in around the same time. If you turn them round and race them to the top of the hill them the 5 professional will be in front at the top. It is my option that numbers do count when it comes to blow homes and quality counts when they have to work.

These fret marks are rarely seen in summer bred young birds. They are rarely seen in young birds bred in hot countries. They are rarely seen in heated lofts but are very often seen in birds bred in cold weather. So it looks very much like cold plays a part in it. Theses fret marks are on the first couple of flights but not on the rest of the flights why is that? What has a bird got when growing the later flights without fret marks it had not got when growing the first flights with fret marks the answer is body feathers to keep it warm. Single reared young birds can be fully covered by the parents so stay warm and rarely have fret marks. Nest mates get to big to be fully covered just before they get their own body feathers, get cold and very often have fret marks.
-
The question was why do young birds have it on first two flights in the nest

let the young bird stay in the nest until you put the ring on then move it to the other nest or mark its toe with nail varnish and move it now. -
Yes your right it is getting really bad as there is even a tread about eating the pigeons LOL :)
