the ref made the right decision to deny celtic a pen but the wrong one in awarding hearts their pen he might have been trying to make amends for his earlier mistake in awarding celtic their goal which was clearly offside the correct score should of been 1-0 to hearts if the refs/linesmans blunders are removed but celtic missed 2 good chances off the post so cant really complain
