was always told by darkness fanciers why do you think we race some as darkys and another team as naturals basicly they are topnotch as y/bs but the naturals beat em out of sight as yearings plus more darkys lost percentage wise as yearlings this may just relate to the area im from

if you keep your 1st round in till the 2nd round are ready the 1st lot will be far to strong and you will prob lose most off the loft and may take some of your second round with them i always get them out as quick as possible within 2/3 days of being weaned or brought in

lost a few y/bs from a bad trainer last year 2 ended up on a rig 140 miles east of aberdeen the lad brought them ashore on a bristows chopper dont think he had any bother getting them off
