    control?

heres a tip, when youngbirds are featherd and parents are not sitting over them so much, place all the bowls with the youngbirds outside for a few mins, maybe when you clean the loft out place them outside, this gives them a good look around from an early age.

    linseed, peanuts

never used linseed but i do use peanuts and hemp..You can feed your birds as much as they want, but as soon as you put some hemp or peanuts down they still go mad for them.

    Belgian Nest Felts

Snowy it must be the daily star mind as they dont like the sun, I found the newspaper keeps the young warm and its so easy to clean and is cost free, i use 3 sheets of paper well tucked under the bowl

    Belgian Nest Felts

I simply wrap the clay bowls in a few sheats of newspaper before placing the bowl in the box, when time comes to clean the bowls i simply remove the paper and old nest, and give them a wash.

  21. Ok bruno your birds are healthy but what about when they come in contact with unhealthy birds in the basket, are you telling me that they wont catch nothing from a unhealthy bird because you have a good health regieme and you feed them garlic. I know that there is a downside to treating birds in the long run. Bruno i respect your posts 100% so dont think im having a go. great topic

  24. Jimmy do most birds get ill before they are treated,no mate, but your spot on there,we are breading a strain of birds with no constitution. Jimmy you have a excellent record in the sport (and still do),did you treat your birds or not.?.
  25. Snowy i didnt say anyone was jealous or selfish.I want to have fun and get the sport open BUT i also want to win, win, win, that may be the difference eh.
