thats what happens in our club,theres a rota for basket night and there must be 4 members present every friday for basket night rotated on a weekly basis,any member not attending has to pay 10 pound to the member that fills his slot,if you cant make it for some reason then we just swap with another member if they are willing. i always say,this is a sport and in sport we have TEAM WORK everyone should do there bit especialy new members

I have had this problem once or twice also,both times was when they had nest on the floor and was hardly any nesting material around the youngsters.I did let one grow as normal and it end up walking around like ET but i had to get rid of it in the end.
