  1. As soon as my darkness youngsters are finished racing they will get the same treatment as the oldbirds.only out once a week for a bath and like jimmy white said above,plenty of peice and quiet and a high protein mix.

  3. For some unknown reason the up north combine has moved from worksop to newark for todays race.Anyone know any idea why..

Hi people whats your opinion on louella pigeon world.Have you bought pigeons from there,did they win for you,have they been good to you etc.I bought two birds from louella last year and am trying them out this youngbird season.I bought the boss busshys from ken hunt. If you have tryed louella what birds did you get and whats your opinion on them. thanks

    Webmaster on the old forum there was photos section,people inserted photos of there birds/lofts/etc.Anychance of moving these photos over to this forum as im sure people took time to put there photos up for all to see.if you can that would be great.. thanks

Now oldbird racing is finished my oldbirds only get out once a week for a bath.I find they dont want to fly much.I seperate them just after the last race and find they drop to bits straight away.This year a pair of my oldbirds were bringing up a youngen at the end of the season and i decided to let them bring it up because i liked the look of it. With me letting them bring up the youngbird these two birds now look like they have hold on to there moult for a bit longer than the others.These two look nice and tight the rest look shabby as anything..

  11. Your rite there paul.What i would say to people that buy pigeons into there loft is,when you get the chance to take a few young from them take them,you never know.l
  12. Well i have bought birds in but i wanted to race them so i will race them and breed of them as oldbirds.This way i can see if they race well or they might bread a winner.

As long as its clear at the lib point i think they should go for it.Here at sunderland its getting quite sunny at the moment and getting brighter all the time.The wind has turned northwest or northeast looking outside.I think todays the only day they have so hopefully the sun will get out a bit more and clear up a bit..fingers crossed

  16. I have only been flying now for 2 seasons and darkness has been used both youngbird seasons.I have had no problems with yearlings at all.I have lost many birds but who hasnt
