I agree leave the prices normal inland prices and the birdage will be high, and they will make there profit anyway.i do hope the channel is still on somehow
  8. If you dont have any eggs chipping out slip a ball bearing in the pot egg everytime the bird moves the eggs the eggs rattle,i also tried putting a earth worm in a pot egg but the poor worm was mush when i opened the egg up.

Thanks for that richard, how can basket charges be as per channel cost if they are not crossing the channel,,i think they are in for a shock as theres no way people are going to pay £4.£5.£6 a bird to race inland.

  16. I use teatree oil for any injured birds.
  17. Jimmy my birds are all feeding youngbirds at the moments, they have grit/clayblock/redstone in front of the 24/7 but as soon as i open the loft doors into the garden they go picking in the soil and eating some sort of small round plant in my garden, might be called chip wead os something like that.
  18. I will take a few droppings from each loft and also a bird from each loft,if any droppings look suspect i will take them and the bird from the suspects pen. In the 2 seasons i have flown the birds have had a slight case of worms thats it.

  20. marvin you say on the floor only so the youngbirds are ok,make sure he is feeding the parents as much as they want three times a day if he can,let them have 10 mins with the food then remove it untill next feeding time.Make sure the young are getting what food they need and the parents also.
