birds went last night ---ets worked ok [glad as i set this up] birds at wakefield ---no word till 10---------we sent just under 200 from our club 7 members sent.

can only presume you havent got electric at your club basket hut and want to run it off an inverter. inkjet printers are sh-t been there done that. most printers dont like being moved about every week-and inkjet dont like being left as ink dry,s up. if you do have power problems get a dot matrix printer -parallel port of corse they are a great back up printer --slow but reliable ,all MOT stations used these at first and have just moved up to lazer. if i have not understood why you need a d88 -------starting up a printer museum,carnt help threw mine away after one season and loads of ink cartridges.

only help i can give is make sure all running races have been read off ===backup your manager system so if it goes tits up you can restore---add only one ring and if your system is like unikon it will tell you it needs a synk on home page . the clocks arnt being used at other clubs are they? understand your urgency ----hope someone can help you.

why just that model

if you are parting a few over [first ones] i treat in the water but keep a close eye on all your young as some may get side effects----scarey when it happens but just stop treatment and syringe clean water down throat.any more birds introduced give them half a tablet and basket them overnight -put them in the next day.i treat with doxy at 11weeks for 3 days ----mine do 1hour no probs and are 12weeks old---sun on their backs helps. many roads to rome .

minding my own -sitting in reception on pc and another basics member walks in ---black white flight,long way to go to meet fellow member.

35 weaned two sent out 2 brought in from local fancier and 2 bought at belgian youngbird sale on sunday.so 37and they are at that age of watch the wires ,get off the house roof ,dont fly into the house windows.hope the hawk stays away for a couple of weeks at least.

had an old stock cock with one on his front was there all year and at the back end i tied it with thread tight ,when it dropped off it was hard as rock.the old cock took no harm and bred a winner last year.

i look to the old birds first--------i treat these and clean out and disinfect the lofts first . i like to rear young birds from what i consider fit and healthy old birds as well asbirds that have performed for me. i like to rear them early when the temp is low as i think the beasties are less of a problem then [no flies etc]. young birds in my opinion carnt be reared on s h i t e so look to the corn add what you think will help them[homorform,etc] maize is taken out of the diet when rearing but i like to add peanuts. the young birds can be big or small but like to see them tight---when i part them they are one dropped ,sprayed wing stamped and telephone rings fitted,within the week if they look ok they are treat for cancer--this year with chevicol[spelling]-----but keep an eye on them closely as some cancer treatments have side effects---remember they are only babies. at this time my babies are on 50% breed and wean 50%conditioning seed----------mine are flying up already---sooner they have their wings then the sooner they can learn how to dodge the hawk---its been looking at them this week. i dont keep a big team and parted 35 will try to keep the final number below 40. will stop for now but understand that there are many roads to rome.

lazer printers are fast dot matrix slow but cheap on ink cartridge and very reliable.

if you have then there are loads you can use but it must be parralel port type and not usb dependant.

nothing to do with pigeons but loads of guys get a lot of pleasure from haveing a bet at the local bookies but most dont want to be a jockey or own a horse,we all get our pleasures from pigeons in different ways ,racing on saturday in some areas on wednesday some like to show their birds some just like to keep them-fantails ,rollers etc.some send their birds off to try them elsewhere and all on hear have watched WULDON,S birds and seen how they are doing. so we all get our enjoyment in different ways-and if its all for money 99.9% of us are doing something wrong.

sapper do you always wake up happy--hardly any snow here ,so i am smiling ,central heating working so i am happy--opened the young bird loft front to see how the babies have got on in their new shed [parted yesterday] all looks well,see if i can get a pic later.

great its saturday,had a bit of a lie in -going to part the young ones today and seperate the old ones -they are all back on eggs -get things cleaned out and off to a young bird sale of belgian young birds ,will try to keep my hand in me pocket but do like a red grizzle and know there are some grizzles there. anyone else going to sale?

remember last year at b/pool this problem arose and dont know if it was resolved ,can remember fault being with benzing compatability.
