Have you been flying them around the loft with your other YB If not when u release them they will be flying with strangers And will break away from them .i made that mistake this year And dropped 10 still to come.

Keep a small team don't go breeding crazy . breed a family of birds . You will get to know your birds and what they are capable of and Most of all enjoy what your doing ,walk before you can run.

You don't have to go to all the young bird races watch out for the ones that show some Promise and don't be afraid to stop them.as yearlings put them out to 200 to 250 miles Then again stop the ones that show promise ,then they can go anywhere if they are bred For the job.good luck to u both.
