Hi barny this bird belonged to my friend who died about 6 weeks ago I got most of his birds from his wife it was me who bred it for him.

As far as I know it is perfectly alright to vaccinate other fanciers birds as it is a dead vaccine And you have two witness's ,but I'm sure you will hear different ,I have done it for years .OMO.

Had something similar a few year back with a stock hen my mate said it Was a dangle berry and told me to leave it and it would drop of and sure Enough it did the hen made a full recovery.

Totally agree that is the way to go but why stop at 1 race the costs will soon push Fanciers out of the game ,a lot of pensioners and low paid workers are struggling To keep up with costs (including me ) I'm sure common sense will prevail ???.like Your comments Peter.
