Mark, do you use anything to change the ph of the water, or use lemon juice on your grain, as I know you advocate the use of brewers yeast? That would be the simple answer to why you wouldn't have had a yeast problem ever

How are the droppings? And how have they been doing in the results? Mine eat a lot of dandelions, but the droppings are bang on, and when I notice they do this I expect a good result at the weekend.
