  1. Anybody else getting youngsters returning up late ? We've had 7 this year up to now and another one today from last race
  2. You boys race from forfar , perigines are there , Aberdeen race from arbroath ,perigines there , we race from Aniston ,we've heard of attacks when they have beem circling. BIG CHANGES ARE NEEDED , for the good of the sport , we stay 5 miles from stcyrus where there is a pair with usually 3-4 youngsters, couple of years ago a week before the ybird racing started i took 4 pied late breds to see if there was any problems at the cliffs, Well the 4 birds circled over stcyrus and headed across the cliffs ,when all off a sudden 5 perigines were in the air at one time the two adults and 3 younsters , the doos had experienced them before and went to ground , got them all back but if this is happening every 10-15 miles what chance has our birds , racing maybe needs to be later or earlier
  3. Well done Charlie and Glen ,this is one if the toughest feds to compete in ,you just have to look at the results the angus fed members have achieved out of SNFC this year

  12. Guys I'm not blaming the stray centre ,I'm glad to get them back ,it'll have been the fancier that has put the birds into the stray centre
  13. I know it's terrible, always expect the bird back with there rings on , scum of the sport
  14. Went to pick up strays that had been handed into the stray centre (which three were ours) and low and behold two of them have had there ETS RINGS REMOVED , how low has this sport stooped too that the fancier has to remove the ring ? £1.45 expletive remove has some in the sport gotten that desperate they have to remove the ETS ring , the birds in question were su18af2316 and su18af2320 if anybody knows who had these birds in thank them for returning them but tell them SHAME ON YOU FOR REMOVING THE RINGS , hope your next sh** is a hedgehog Not very happy fancier David Hay

  22. Same problem here too redchequer, bought in new stock 4 pair and two hen which I paired to my onw stock ,so the big plan was to pair them all up together 28 Dec and float the eggs from the stock birds under some of the widows , well first four eggs from the new stock (which are yearlings and a two year old hen) all blank and one off the other hens I brought in paired to my own cock her first egg broken ,the other got crushed in the nest expletive remove , Only let them sit 5-6 days so they laid again pretty quick and they all seem to be full this round ,fingers crossed .Can't explain it ,last year every egg hatched that was laid last year ,maybe is the weather or the section they were in wasn't the biggest so maybe not getting piece to do there business. Never known a year like this it's maybe a sign of things to come
