I loved the shows when I was younger and went everywhere wae probs the best showman of racers but even he got disgruntled wae cross breds! I aint bothered wae the shows now and rarely attend any but do admire the boys that get their doos in top class nick to win! We used to get the doos pinched occasionally so quite respect the idea of evrybody getting them basketed before leaving the hall The judges must set the stall out straight away IMO so that everybody knows their position, if a show bird is in a handling class and you judge it on perfect specimen then a racer will never win but the fact that 90% of the fancy are racing men then it is easy to see why it puts their backs up?
