To be honest mate there was only two full show birds, both very good and were first and second, then quite a few dipped/cross and the rest racers but I agree that it would make good classes having them split and make it easier for dodgy judges like me lol !!!

The solway can go either east or west without too much of a dog leg If you look at the line of flight from Beith to Otterburn to Peterborough to Maidstone to Alencon it looks crazy to go east

You will get the usual response of 'ITS TOO EASY IN THE SOUTH' or 'ANYBODY CAN WIN IN THE SOUTH' Neither of which are true. Yes I think the west route has improved as we have learned to jump racepoints in the hills, have been proactive where we can with bops and have been more flexible with transportation and weather forecasts.
