  1. How did you do that Lindsay?
  2. Good morning all.
  3. Clear and bright here in East Ayrshire.
  4. Any herbal product usually has a slow effect and requires time to build. Even though it is in an oil based carrier, if stored correctly, it should be ok. I have used it before, but never noticed any difference.
  5. It would appear the colder the temperature, the less difference between 50% and 100%, so shouldn't make a lot of difference during the off season.
  6. Broken grey cloud in a dry, coolish morning sky here in East Ayrshire.
  7. Good morning all.
  8. They are designed to draw moisture so you should definitely collect moisture. The important factor is the amount of moisture / humidity in your loft during racing at whenever is the sharp end for you. We live in Scotland so we suffer damp conditions. When the distance races are on we expect better weather and conditions and a slow build up to that period. If the sharp end is the earlier sprints you need to close the loft and control these factors with more heat / extraction, etc.
  9. They are meant to give you pleasure. Learn to relax a bit. It could just be the moult or even the cold. It'll be colder when they are up flying, so maybe they just need some time to settle in. Have you not found anybody local to help you out yet?
  10. Happy birthday.
  11. Clear sunny morning, if somewhat chilly here in East Ayrshire.
  12. Good morning all.

  14. Start it off by taking a leaf out of the Up North Combines book, sort off. Make the agreement to jointly transport on a rotational basis with federation liberations. Convoying Fed last liberation, next to convoy 2nd last, etc. That way you cut the costs which helps all the Feds and all Feds have an opportunity for first liberation, etc. Once you have this operating, it should be easier to progress it. This should be done as a management decision. Some common sense discussions to work on race routes, so that once the individual Feds have had say 4 races they are able to come together to suit a project of this type. After say 4 races jointly convoyed under area liberations you should be far enough down the road to have a mass liberation. The hard bit is having some common sense and some discussions instead of arguments. The loudest voice is not always the correct voice to listen to. Try blowing over the top of an empty bottle and repeat the exercise over the top of a full bottle, then chose the bottle you would prefer to have.

This combine that never happened because nobody would compromise. No inland nationals and there would have to be compromise or middle distance racing would also be a thing of the past. If the national pulls the inlands then the Feds have to combine for purely financial reasons.

If the National pulled the plug why would you be goosed? We aren't alone, so you would have to talk to the others. Enter the middle distance combines. There is always a way Ricky.
  21. The biggest windfarm in Europe is just about 10 miles from where I live. It extends across the Eaglesham moors for quite a bit. We have one within sight at Ardrossan and also at Dalry. Neilston farm has around 6 turbines and there are another 6 near Newton Mearns. I am surrounded by them.
  22. Good morning all.
