amazon, will check the price, once you pull the plastic tab to switch them on the flash all the time when dark, I have one under my loft and bring it out during daylight to charge up, not much sunshine but I have had them for a couple of weeks and working all the time in darkness, you can use them in the house, thats the only thing with them you cant switch them off ,the only go off in daylight,
