R.P.R.A. another joke ??
stantheman replied to greenlands's topic in Pigeon Politics, Rules & Regulations
vanlink i think theres a lot of truth in what you say the bhw is really just an advertising paper for people to get rid of their c*** just take a look at last few weeks it would be frightning to add up total birds for sale and how many are packing in, the rpra ought to have an online forum and helpline and move with the times. it wont be long before one club takes that first important step and breaks away. -
looks like a hen to me mate although picture could be clearer

R.P.R.A. another joke ??

well put mate its hardly going to encourage new members into the sport is it i dont mind paying if it was for benifit of the sport and things were getting done but it appears that we are stuck in reverse and the people at top are not doing anything about it, in fact i can see that in near future there will be a move away from rpra as people will buy rings from elsewhere and the big clubs will stand on there own without being governed by the rpra the technology is there for this to happen and it only takes one club to take the leap forward and it will take off bigtime -
yes the garage will be on your right as you pick the A5 up i will be in a silver citroen berlingo pm me your mobile no just in case of any problems

membership £3.50 rings 15 pence each and no you dont have to register them with rpra unless they change it when ring sales go down. its ridiculous that as an individual member of the rpra you pay more to buy rings direct from them than you do if you buy them via a club can anyone tell me the logic in this? ps it does not matter how many you order they are still more for an individual member -

Stuart charity begins at home! its high time monies raised at blackpool be ploughed back into the sport there are several ways it could be used eg for running our own courier system for repatriating lost birds or regional stray centres, publicity and new starter kits the list is endless, but no we would sooner spend it on someone having a jolly in blackpool or even abroad at the big shows in the meantime lets put the subs up due to lack of members apathy rules ok -

even though i have to pay £3.50 to transfer them i still save money and as from now i am buying rings from nwhu as a protest at the way the rpra run things maybe if we all voted with our feet it would waken them up out of the dark ages -
thats fine by me whereabouts? if your coming down the m69 i can meet you at garage on the a5 by the hinkley knight pub

as already stated theres going to be a lot of partnerships reverting back to a single name so only one loser thats the rpra, my forms on its way im not paying £24 when simply changing name means i only pay£8 very well thought out by the stick in muds heads in sand brigade at the rpra, the way forward is a single charge per loft not per name and the charge to include all services for free in my club at least another 2 partnerships are going to do the same so rpra is losing money not gaining -

Its a pleasure being able to help someone out with the birds especially when you can see that they are genuine and appreciate what they are getting, i gave klaus the chance to pick from my youngbird team so that he can break them out and race oldbirds next year if another new starter wants a pair they are more than welcome to come and choose for themselves as i am still over my nest box numbers by 3-4 pairs they have all flew yb program to the coast all best stan

Josh naturaline is an excellent product as well as long as you give it them regularly, i find that the people who say these things are no good or dont make a difference only use it once or twice expecting miracles immediatley instead of testing it out properly over a sustained time period
