My point from the beginning of this thread was to look for ways to fix your problem....I started by pointing out that having a chuckle over the picture of a dead hawk was counterproductive to doing that.

It would have to stand up to scrutiny....otherwise you'd be charged with a crime.

Didn't think you were being serious Les....there are all kinds of controversial efforts to save wolves, spotted owls, blackbears, salmon....the list goes on and on....the point is the loss of a pigeon that is not a threatened species is not comparable.

You can't shoot somebody for trespassing like that....unless you, your family or your property are under threat....BANG!

Of course not they are protected here as well....

What response have you got? My best guess is you went on their site and said "Your ..*expletive removed* hawks are killing my pigeons, so I'm going to kill hawks" but I'm only going off what I've seen posted here today....
