Joe are you accusing me of calling you a fascist? Go back and read the post. I said censoring ppl's advice "sounds" fascist. If your perception is so twisted that you can't decipher the meaning of a simple sentence perhaps you shouldn't offer advice. My point is simply, all should be afforded the right chip in. Age and experience should not be considered the end all for value of advice. Intelligence, insight and common sense are often more important. Lots of old, experienced ppl. make the same mistakes over and over.

I've yet to basket for a race I'm raising my first round of racers out of a kit of 08 late hatches as we speak.

As I said my experience is more information is better for me personally. I'm not so thick as to say a less experienced person can't have better ideas then a more experienced person.

Censoring fanciers advice sounds rather fascist don't you think? Most people have a decent sense of reasoning, let them sort the good advice from the bad. My experience is multiple ideas will help you find something that suits your particular needs.

Unless you have a time machine it will never effect moult in PREVIOUS seasons. I'm a new flyer breeding out of youngbirds that were hatched about 6/20 last year....they have been a little slower (3 weeks later) then some of my friends breeders have this spring. I'm guessing its because they are a little young.

I've lost birds to hawks last fall, let them out to loft fly yesterday and had 4 hawks in the area within 5 minutes and had to call them in.
