  2. Look at M&D Evans national performances, dont say they have the best location, all the birds are liberated together in the races so they all are out to win,top birds top fanciers will always be near the top plus a lot of very hard work, the weather has always been different and so as the wind,a winner is a winner at the end of the day.
  3. must be over 6 years old,my loft isnt in the garden.
  4. hes a good flyer, hes done it before with franks sootjens.Well Done
  5. have you tried him with several hens first,i know sometimes you just need to find the right hen,as i know an r.p.r.a sprint national winner was paired to seven hens before he bred winners after that he never looked back at breeding top class winners,if his parents are winners ang g.parents are winners think about it.

  14. use herbal radox in a bucket of hot water and dip them in it for about 30 secs, make there feathers look nice plus gets rid of lice ( its true )
  15. if you look at the origin of gabys pigeons there all from different lofts including norbert & filip norman, lucien staelens, silver toye etc etc but at the end of the day gaby must be one hell of a stock man to make the pigeons as they are today, then you get hard taskmasters m&d evans taking them one step further and creating a fantastic national family, havnt seen any do any better ?
  16. How many have had this said to them over the years about stock not been any good for the fancier who owns them, but given away as been useless have gone to breed outstanding pigeons.
  17. gerrard schlepphorst of west germany swore by the jan aarden pigeons to go into the janssen pigeon with very good results, then crossing them back into the janssen or jan aarden.i know a good fancier who does this with very good results alway up to national level.
  18. i have the old red fox blood, though not many now,the two reds paulo is showing were bred by me,the red grizzle hen comes down from a red pied cock through mr/mre blakeways red fox janssens.Hope you have luck with them matey.Look at schouwmans71pigeons@piczo.com

  20. Must be very good birds, but a friend has bought some off dave hawkins ,top national flyer similar way bred 50 quid each.
  21. your right pender, its the management there at foxwood lofts,a friend as spent over 2 thousand pounds on them and has to kill more full of canker than hes kept.He said he would replace them but never did.If your going to be a stud then you should be good stock men,not the case here. The ones he has left has flown very well, hence managment once he got the rest right and healthy.Les Ketch.
  22. ste the dark cheq red i bred you is a nice cock , but the red grizzle should be the hen, i have never had a cock out of that pair with that colouring, the colouring goes back to a red pied cock of m/mrs blakeways janssens, there very good birds ang hard to loose,i will send you the peds when ive time bud, nice to see them on pigeon basics bud.Les
