They will be bred from my top race birds, winners at Club and Federation, some being multiple prize winners. In the past four seasons (Ob's only 2012) they have achieved the following top four positions in Club and Federation racing - Club: 21 x 1st 14 x 2nd 17 x 3rd 19 x 4th Federation: 10 x 1st 6 x 2nd 4 x 3rd 7 x 4th Plus numerous other top 20 positions. Pictures continued from Part 1 Colin.

I thought I would share some pictures of my new race loft that was made and erected by Parkhall Lofts. They have done a fantastic job, one that I am more than delighted with. The pictures show the foundations being put in place, the Parkhall guys busy at work, some outside shots and finally a view down the corridor through the old birds sections then through to the young bird sections. My main job now will be landscaping the garden, but that will take place when the house extentions are complete, which won't be long now Hope you like the pics? Colin.

I went for a small 30 x 8 pent loft Let's just say it'll be the last loft I'll ever buy, so it's worth ever penny, and to my own design. Cheers, Colin.

I certainly did mate, so don't you let me down I've already got his gold plated nest box in place.........he is a 'special' one.

As soon as I have the inside fitted out I'll post some pictures, but that might not be for a few weeks as most of my efforts are on the house just now. I certainly have no complaints with the quality of the loft, more so that I opted for the tanalised timber.

Not yet, the house is just about finished......looking amazing, but not as good as my loft Don't think I'll have birds in the loft until I've moved in........no hurry to be honest. Cheers, Colin.

I would like to say a MASSIVE thank you to the Parkhall guys who delivered and erected my new pigeon loft today. They left Derbyshire at 4am this morning to be with me mid morning, spent a few hours erecting the loft, then headed back down the road afterwards. They have done a fantastic job with the loft..........delighted I will post some pictures as soon as I get a chance........got loads. Colin.

I thought I would let the members know what a good service George is providing us. He arranged to pick up a pigeon from me this morning that's going to Ireland, and he was bang on time. Thanks again George and keep up the good work. Until next time........Colin.

Well done to my big pal Jumbo and his dad.......they are having a great season. When he phoned to say he had timed his good hen I knew she wouldn't be far away.....what a great performance. To think I was with him that very day at Karen's when he picked up the hen as a baby, who could have imagined that day she would go on to achieve such a top National prize. Also a wee mention to Karen for breeding such a good pigeon. Well done again to the two Jim's and Karen. Has he been on to you Karen for late breds? Colin.

I have received quite a bit of interest for both lofts, but no confirmed sale as of yet. Visitors are more than welcome........they won't be disappointed. Lofts maybe available for uplift a lot earlier than expected. PM if interested.

This National has been a shambles from day one. The marking night was so disorganised to say the least and then this. I don't send to many National's as I enjoy Club/Fed racing more, but I'll be seriously considering sending to any National's after this. I really do hope the birds get up tomorrow and we all get them back safely, but unfortunately the chances are I'll not see them as I'll be at work all day, can't keep taking time off just in case they get liberated.
