great money del, George Fowler a few years later won 8th open Rennes all pools,he told me he bought a brand new ford estate,had a fortnight in bournmouth with the family and mrs Fowler got new carpets,curtains and a new suite!!!!!!!!!!!some money!!!!! spoke to George a few years ago and he was still annoyed at being 2nd west section and beaten by a doo in Crawford!!!!!!! :lol:great memories.

have got to agree,the days when most doomen waited all weekend to get (or maybe not) a channel doo home have long since past,stacks of fanciers want day coastal racing and the SNFC can and should continue to cater for all,racing from 300miles to 600miles!!!!!

just been looking at some(maybe)lovely air brushed photos of late breds on one of the large auction sites and these late breds are that good that have even been given names!!!!!!! making very good money!! away down to the doos and make sure all the late breds are named. :lol: imo complete nonsense.
