lewis Reg Christopher of fontmella magna won the national flying club from Nantes in the 60s with these doos,great team performances,they also flew well for Wilson & Mcshane from E/Kilbride,ma pal hugh martin of martin & king shotts had a sprinkling of these which won well in the lanarkshire fed and the SNFC,we had a good dk cheq cock from hugh which had 8 firsts for me and dad also topping the section from cheltenham,nice calm type of birds they were lewis,memories. ;)

last weeks 1st west section clermont carries the bloodlines of toddler brown lewis. :)

goig back a bit shillinglaw and wylie 1982 rennes red cock,jim sanderson pathhead won nantes twice 1982 and 1984 with reds,will scratch ma head a bit more after a cup of tea. :)

no great reason del,honest doo really, :) he has scored in the fed, midland fed open and clubs (KIRKY REMEMBER THOSE DAYS) he even won a couple of quid in bonnybridge :lol:has got 4 nat tickets in his last 5 races,so took a while for him to get the hang of it. :)

i will bow to your superior lanarkshire geography knowledge alan was told "kilcraigie" by carwath national legend Owen Mcivor. :) it is a good cake shop anyhow.

i am not allowed to toss the doos at "kilcraigie" (think thats how the locals say it)due to the only shop being a very good bakery. :D

billy was 5th sec Rennes and Curtis bros Croy twice 9th open rennes but never won the section bob. :mellow:jim mellon and willie wilson have both won the section from the ybn. :)

got our last doo this morning from clermont,4/4 pleased to get them all with still plenty of doos to come,he is tired,thin and hawked badly but will be ok. :)
