Clocks have to be tested at the beginning of the season,just because they have been approved by the RPRA doesnt mean that they cant be rejected when tested.You could read it that way I suppose,thats why it needs clarifying.

Would just like to add that the ammount given depends on which vaccine you buy.

Rule 238 says,All ETS race entry sheets and race arrival reports must be printed directly from the ETS printer and not via a PC printer.These must contain the competitors name,RPRA loft number,race and date. To me "These"refere to the entry sheets and arrival reports,perhaps more clarification is needed but thats how I see it,would I be wrong to reject the clock.

As a club secretary I read with interest what you have written about the Benzing G2,we only have the Unikon and Bricon systems in our club.If a member bought in a G2 to be tested at the beggining of the season I would find myself in a very difficult position as I also check the clocks in the club,RPRA rule states 238 that the race must be printed on the entry and arrival sheets,as you say it doesnt print the racepoint so in my mind I would have to reject this clock. I would think that BENZING must realise this fault which a simple update would surely put right, Reguarding the 10ths of a second it does say on the website about the G2 that they are to be disreguarded when calculating a velocity so there should be no problems there the time would be entered exacly the same as any other ETS ie.13.08.07 so it would be down to distance not the fact that someone as a Bricon clock.

Can you give us some idea of what your birds have acheived in the NFC this year.

Think this should be bought up now and again as I,m sure there will be people who will have missed it.

I would contact the SHU and report it as a stray when you get the fanciers details get in touch with him and explain the situation.

Guys allready said he doesnt want to hassle the owner,if hes got to ask him permission to sign a new one might just as well ask for a new transfer.I would still not sign it in the other guys name even if he gave his permission.

Have a look at some of these names mate do you really think they are genuine members think we had this happen last year just the same.

You can use another transfer form but you will have to FORGE his signature,would never do it myself but its up to you.

I know you can say there are good and bad in all families but some guys in our club spent a LOT anad I mean a lot of money (into thousands)to get the Rolands but they have done no good with them at all,saying that though someone could spend £25 and breed no end of winners,as they say thats PIGEON RACING.

I use the airogard one sold by DAZER noticed the differance the first time I used it whilst cleaning out the birds cant reccomend them enough.However there is a problem with the battery coming loose in its holder.

Ted there is a application form that you can download on the RPRA website,its £8.00 to join as a individual member which you send to your local region secretary.

I would say the nearest to him would be on page 10 3rd line down 5th picture,but mine is a darker green and as a hint of light blue in the ends of his flights. sorry 3rd pic.across.

Not got a clue how to put up pictures,but he,s not a pretty site as he plucked all the feathers out of his body before we had him and they have never grown back in.

Got a parrot (no not the wife} but never been able to find out what sought it is.

Deffo.white got a string of old rings going back to 93,theres 8 02 rings on there and there WHITE,am I right in saying next years should be YELLOW.

For marking and striking off it will work with other systems but you will need to get the proper cable to connect it with Unikon,for allocating rings etc you will need the Tauris programme for your sec to load on the clubs computer.

All details of the stands attending will be in next weeks book,but its usually most of the well known ones,no other details really at the moment only the guys name and number whos running it,I will post up further details next week if anyone wants them.

Are you the only one who as this system in your club,if so you may have a problem if the sec.or whoever allocates the rings etc.is not familiar with it.get intouch with the sec.and ask him as he should be the one who enters the data etc. into the clock.
