  4. here it is clockman and his bonkle sprinter
  5. the fed must be applauded for having a meeting before the rabble of everyone shouting for every race point in the uk would be good if all racepoints we could not get into were ruled out aswell
  6. whats it matter where the meeting is ??? just glad the fed are taking the trouble to discuss next years race programme they can bring proposals to the table and members can agree or disagree

  18. i watched my father race his ybs out every race and 50% to the youngbird national if a yb made a mistake it would get one more chance that was 20/30 years ago if my father was still racing today his system/ method i could say without doubt he would have no youngbirds left to race the following year one guy i was talking too the other day had lost 65 youngbirds up to saturday from the start of breeding he sent 29 on saturday at clock check he had 10 home so will ten yearlings last the race programme in 2011 ? what has he learned about his 2010 pairings?
  19. just circumstances this year i would have raced more last year i stopped the naturals and kept the darkness birds going i sent 31 darkie birds to wetherby and got 4 home do they need to be hammered down the road? time will tell for me i have patience to wait and see a bird that went down as a two year old (eastbourne) found in ireland never raced it as a three year old scored as a four year old from reims this year
  20. most of my youngbirds have had one race but trained so next year will tell me if i done the right thing last year most of the birds i stopped after three youngbird races went on to race peterbourgh this year 280 miles
  21. a female and male percy getting killed by the cold weather in the winter saves 2 of our birds a day that's 14 birds a week over month of june next year that will be 56 birds saved in the month not to mention the missed strike or panicked birds by the strike so 20 dying saves 1120 of our birds in the month of june so lets hope its the worst winter on record for peregrine falcons
  22. blue sky very strong west wind lanarkshire the moon is showing along side the sun today
  23. as it stands i would not vote to go west but if we fight back i see no problem going west again so from solway, lanarkshire, midland ,ayrshire, ballockmyle, south lanarkshire keep to the m74 /m6 this winter and spring all other feds keep to the m8 and a68 it could be a whole lot better next year but will you just sit back and let some others do the work ?
  24. since i was away on holiday my young birds only made two races this year and i picked consett twice i was told the same john about the valleys the boy said to me if they get in they valleys from training they end up in carlisle next year hexham will do me no further
