LNRC libbed at 12:15 in a N/E wind went up on saturday from berwick

it is not the unc not sure the name but birds went up at 12.15 berwick heading for london area.

just had a rough count theirs 7x1st clubs plus multi other club cards 6 of them all have fed tickets with a 1st open winner also and 2 with inland nat tickets.

i am down 8 birds to say not healthy our good enough not for me .their has to be other reasons clashing the K index bops our something. i have never dropped so many birds at a race not even marlborough nat 2 years back and that was a very hard race.

just had a look through my birds for it and now very much looking forward to race .

it is easy to blame the bops as their f"""""""" . it was not just a bad days racing for 1 fed .so are we to think bops where at all the lib sites. i still have some good birds to get home and can,t put it down to bops.it has been the hardest fed race i can think of and i am in the east the guys in west got a bad race aswell from other lib points

all pigeons have various levels of magnetite in them. which i believe is 1 of the senses birds use to get home in some it might be their main sense. magnetite is used in birds with the magnetic pull in our case of the north poll. solar flares at storm level going by K index will affect the magnetic field. so some birds will be greatly affected and some won,t.

i also think the K index had something to do with the racing yesterday.

got 1 at 5.30 this morning and another 1 later on thats 12 out of 21 peterborough
