i have lost a fair few but stopped a few yearling for next year. the main one out of mine was 16th from maidstone he also went down for a drink as both feet and legs all mud.i have hope of him improving like the birds in 2010 and 2011 we will see. it is looking like a very warm day for the race .

do you need to control clocks it is an STB

with it being alencon all birds in the baskets have experience of an overnight stay or two and know how to get a drink. as most of us know our birds are very well looked after when in transport by the s.n.f.c. as it has been pointed out all the drinkers look to clean. the conveyor would have emptied the drinkers and put fresh water in then before he took the photo. the reason i am thinking this is 1 he would want the photo to look good and clean.2 if birds had just had them put on then their would have been a dam site more than 3or4 heads in the drinkers.another reason for changing the water before photo is you can see a bird with butt sticking out and just like our drinkers in loft they will get sh1t in. as for me i am happy with the way birds are looked after and glad to see the photos look forward to seeing more

bigda is right as he means for section prizes our section is from 2.34 tony young 1st sec to 16.07 G Hunter 137th sec. glad you put it up as did not look to see if the wee hen maid result 487th.to be fair to her she did not have a lot of time on wing before race and still had to beat over 4400 to get it.
