old saying if in doubt leave it out. if your yb,s are ranging going a mile or 2 is no good take them at least 5 and for the time being put all up together. pigeons are a flock animal and a yb on its own will join other birds given a chance.as for Saturdays training i would definitely not do it . on Saturdays the best you can do is keep birds in till a bit latter in the afternoon. my 1st point of training is 10 mile from loft.also try and let birds go in an open area.

the midlothian birds at hexham have had a sticky one. not very good returns in my club all are waiting on 6 to 20 birds . the winner in my club rab hally .his 1st bird took about 2 h 23 min to fly 76 mile.very slow race
