well this weekend is the last race in our yb program . how many members Finnish this week end in club and fed yb racing . how would you rate your yb season on a scale 1 to 10 .myself i would rate my season on a poor 4 out of 10 from me and 8 out of ten for my birds. as birds lost far to much time at home end .that is down to me.

wish you the best of luck.it,s when i read something like this that i realise how lucky i am with the neighbors i have. my next door neighbour herd me having a mone about not having enough space .she said to knock fence down and put a loft in her garden . hope you get it sorted .

not paying enough atension when leaving the loft the stock birds where in on a very windy day .door opened stock birds went for a fly whare to god only knows .so now we dont have captive stock.

it might have been a better day with the wind not so strong. the returns are very poor . when i went to club i had 5 out of 19 with other members having 3 out of 20 3 out of 10 ans so on a few more back now but a sticky one all round

well done to all that did well at this. i must admit it said a final race 199 mile brought to 176 with a hurricane up their ass 1st birds doing well over 1800 ypm .i am very disappointed in it .i sound like a bad loser but i sent birds down hoping for a race at 199 not a BLOW HOME at 176 . i think next year we will try the europa one loft race .with the hope of a real race at the distance they state.

midlothin fed basket to night for race tommorow from ripon .i think this time they have got it RIGHT as it looks a far better day tommorow .

a friend went down to Louella's a few years back to buy some birds for stock .looking through the birds he seen one he liked and asked to look closer at it .then he asked what strain he was told the strain i can,t mind now.he then asked the price and was told £250.then he said but this is a bird that belongs to a member in my club as it had a midlothian registered ring on it and was lost the year before and it had been bred recently .my mistake the man said i think that is a strag that has not long came in. my friend still bought stock and yes they bred some winners he also brought the strag back up.how many will be buying yb,s next year bred from their new strain stragsrus

5 back this morning out of 8 missing . pentland got a bad race from their last week with a good few birds dropped .midlothian got one this week also with a good few birds dropped .

was waiting on 8 from 21 yesterday now waiting on 3 . 5 back this morning from winton castle midlothian fed . so if i am getting some back hope some of you lot are getting some back to .

13 out off 21 it has been a tough one

if the window can be opened day time when birds roost at night .dont put room light on then yourself or someone will be able to catch them.
