  1. ive been reading this thread and was wondering, because the problems in scotland 2 nationals shu/rpra,in nationals in wales does it matter if your a member of welsh homing union or rpra to be a member is their any rules about this .I think maybe im wrong, but i think the irish national flying club has members of the irish homing union and or the rpra just a question?

  6. SILLY money for a pigeon .IT sould be the breeders that should make good money in sales not the racers.GIVE ME the hen that lays the golden eggs any day
  7. i would like to think that the commitee would have a sympathetic look at your case/special circumstances/money for new loft/new birds/loft equiptment etc/must have cost a pretty penny.I know i would bring it up at commitee level. :(
  8. try making a box on inside with bob wires so birds can get inside say a box about 12inches cubed
  9. race program as follows ridsdale/ridsdale/catterick/wetherby/newark/leicester/wansteadflats/ripon/maidstone/lillers
  10. A cracker mate do you think it would do 500/600 miles or offspring from him.I would recomened this guy to buy from ,i bought a jan Aarden from him a few years ago and bred a 1st sect /5th open SNRPC lessay 2006 hard race only 15 home on day 1100+ birds in race 496 miles this man has quality birds
  11. i think the best way is /out in a viewer for a while then pair up sit a round of babies/lay next eggs prob when babies about 16 days old/then put her out with cock shes paired too on their own very early in morning then she,s got all day to get back to the nest if she goes astray .if she buggers off then switch the eggs and you have 2 rounds from her.
  12. new geraldy type far better for the well being of birds /not just the crates ,the transporter with air con etc is a must for all feds/national clubs.
  13. feed them to parents while reering their young .i feed them that way, also feed parents in nest boxes, once youngsters are up on their feet they will soon compete with their parents to eat them first.peeled sunflower seed just as good if not better peenuts are very dodgy .HUMAN consumption peenuts ONLY.
  14. hope you reconsider pal UP THE ARABS .

  19. I think the race on 27th of june might be a problem /race marking friday night while maybe waiting on gold cup birds?strange?
  20. Whats your race program?
  21. sometimes they can get yeast in the crop and seem not to be digesting the food quickly/or normal/ cider vinegar in water at the rate of two soup spoons to two litres of waterfor a few days .sometimes an odd bird does not look 100% ive gave it some epsom salts straight down throat .
  22. josh is the crop full of food?
  23. naedoos were you even at that meeting?
  24. i think your wrong mate you can go to the AGM to cear that years business then leave .BUT if i was not going to be a member of SHU for that year would the SNFC let me keep my membership ? I dont think so.We all got up and left before the new years business thats why jim o,hara put the motion up first because non shu members could not take part if the motion failled.
  25. yes up till april that year i had paid my money till then
