Remember going to my grand fathers loft and he passed away in 49.had them myself when I was at junior school racing short distance and running round to the pub with the rubber in a match box,still got them,had a few kicks in the wrong place and enjoy any wins that comes along. :animatedpigeons:

  17. Changing a couple of doors round in the young bird loft,keeping an eye on a pair of yearlings,washing machine going full speed while the weathers good,coffee at the mo.
  18. Measurements can be obtained using Google RPRA. 187. Flying Distances All NEW flying distances must be obtained through the Association and calculated on the Ellipsoidal System by Computer(s). The Cumbria Region and Devon and Cornwall region may grant permission for Clubs administered by these Regions to race to a “Breaking Point†for Club racing only. “Individual members applying for distances must have loft location and latitude/ longitude countersigned by a Club Chairman or secretary. All lofts locations are to be calculated from Ordnance Survey or Google Earth. Google Earth data must be submitted to RPRA headquarters for conversion to OS before use.
