Aye its nice to see the robin ,i wonder if its the same one that comes to us every year ,wife thinks it is ,we get a wren or two as well ,had the sparrow hawk pin down a doo on Tuesday but the neighbour spotted it and scared it away ,he said it was small probably the cock as hen disappeared start of year.

I am ,up to now touch wood not bothered with losses in training in the past i seem to get bythat bit but the second Brechin buggered my team of 28 birds so like an awfull lot more in our fed didnt race my young doos again ,and as i said 30/40 youngsters is my opinion some might agree some wont thats their prerogative .

I was thinking the same ,thats a fair jump

All it does extend the breeding time for youngsters that can be raced by July some fowk if they dont get 2/3 rounds off their doos they wont have enough to loose during young bird season its really IMO bluddy ridiculous ,i would have number of rings restricted to 30/40 max per person then fowk might look after them better instead of the attitude thats on the go today breeding birds to make up for losses .
